Are you looking for your next read? Are you stuck for a book recommendation? Your local independent bookseller will be able to match you to your next great read.
Our Indie Book of the Month titles are chosen by independent booksellers and each month they champion both a fiction and children’s book in-store offering a wide range of choice for readers.
We’ve had books about love and loss and the power of language; a multi-generational novel about love, oppression and the pursuit of freedom and a tale of an unlikely friendship between a soldier and an alleged spy in Tuscany. On the Children’s side we have featured a book about a judo suit wearing guinea pig called Maud; a tale about the rich wild world and all its wonder and a story exploring what it really means to be kind.
We have a backlist of great titles from previous months so please have a browse on the
Fiction Book of the Month page and the
Children’s Book of the Month page where we’re certain you’ll find a great new read to add your bookshelves.
Both the Fiction Book of the Month and the Children’s Book of the Month are promoted in-store and on social media from the first of the month and booklovers, like you, can get copies from your local participating independent bookshop.
